The global tunneling division of Dyalco, Portland, Oregon, mobilized on the project at the end of May. Commissioned by the City of Orlando, the project involves the microtunneled installation of 54" Permalok steel casing in four drives ranging in length from 350 to 800 feet of 54" OD.
