Frank Coluccio Construction completed the final of seven drives on the $7.7 million dollar project.  The project involved the installation of 2,873 feet of 42" OD Permalok steel casing pipe. 

Ground conditions consisted of glacial till with cobbles and boulders.  Now that the microtunneling has been completed, crews have shifted to completed the 3.000 feet of supplementary open-cut work and asphalt paving that has been ongoing during the project.
